In the early 2000s, our clients established this residence as their forever farmhouse ranch. Seeking a modern touch to rejuvenate it, they entrusted us with the task of breathing life into their vision. The project encompassed a range of enhancements:
- A fresh roof was constructed
- New gutters were installed
- 1.5-inch standing seam cornice strips were added
- The former handrails on the front porch were replaced
- New 8×8 cypress columns were installed
- Gable brackets were incorporated
- Decks were expertly stained
- The fence was given a fresh stain
- Lastly, the entirety of the house was painted
